Andi Broffman works as a Portfolio Manager for Built for Zero, helping communities in the US and Canada end homelessness. She manages special projects, aimed at helping communities use their resources more efficiently. She is also the lead Community Solutions team member supporting the 20,000 Homes Campaign, a national movement of Canadian communities working to find homes for 20,000 of the most vulnerable Canadians experiencing homelessness. Prior to joining Community Solutions, Andi worked as a consultant for companies that strive to be profitable in the most efficient and environmentally responsible way possible. She also led relief and recovery initiatives in the Rockaways following Superstorm Sandy and provided early data and research support to Community Solutions' 100,000 Homes Campaign. Andi holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a BA in Sociology from NYU.
