Since launching in July of 2010, our 100,000 Homes Campaign and its partners have helped communities and local V.A. sites house more than 20,000 homeless veterans, the Campaign announced today. The milestone represents the fulfillment of the Campaign's Clinton Global Initiative commitment through Got Your 6, a national partner effort to support veterans as leaders civic assets.

To contextualize the achievement, the Campaign also released a new infographic, designed by Los Angeles-based design firm, Brand Knew. The infographic, which may be shared and reproduced without permission, shows that veteran homelessness is indeed dropping. Since 2006, the U.S. has achieved a reduction of over 68% by adopting evidence-based strategies like Housing First.

The infographic's contents are good news because they show that President Obama's goal of ending veteran homelessness nationally by December of 2015 remains highly reachable.
